Bevel
Definition of Bevel:
A bevel is a sloping edge or surface that is applied to a piece of wood stock or a tool. On a piece of wood a bevel is very similar to a chamfer while on a tool like a chisel a bevel is used to refer to the curved hollow profile left by the round grinding wheel when sharpened on a bench grinder.
