One of the most popular Martin Houses due to its affordability, yet sacrificing little in Martin production.

The eight, 12 inch deep, compartments offers enough room for seven hatchlings for newly arriving Martins.

Predators will not enjoy this one at all since the deeper compartments allow ultimate Martin security. It is light and affordable with offset holes, which promotes maximum occupancy. Easy Access Hinged Doors for Nest Checks and Removal.

Constructed of Lightweight but Sturdy Aluminum. 6 inch X 6 inch X 12 inch Compartments. Individual Porches with Guard Rails. Nest Tray Ready. Fully Insulated Attic.

Package Includes:

  • Fully Assembled House and 8 Winter Door Stops.
  • 8 Extended Perching Rods are included which encourage the Martins to stay in full view for longer periods of time. The rods are 1/4 inch solid aluminum and measure 12 inches in length.
  • The 2 inch galvanized square tubing pole is electroplated with zinc assuring long wear. It comes in three sections, each about 5 1/2 feet long, connected with three specially designed X connectors made of 10 gauge steel. Two connectors are 12 inches long with the third being 18 inches long giving the additional support when inserted in the 30 inch ground socket.
  • The winch is a special design with it's compact size. It, too, is electroplated with zinc and included in this great offer. Raise and lower your house with ease! House dimensions are 15 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 30.5 inches high.
