Build your own bar with a good set of bar plans


Getting plans is the first step to creating your own home bar

However, without a good set of plans building a bar can be difficult. There are a number of things that need to be considered in the design. Such as sizing for sinks, kegs and fridges.

Having a design that has been proven to "work" is the most important step when planning your home bar. Without this road map you could overlook certain components and this could result in a home bar that doesn't quite fit your needs.

When buying a set of bar plans the following is a must.

  • A cutting and material list.
  • Step by step instructions.
  • Assembly drawings that accompany your plans should be clear and provide all the information in a graphical format.
  • Assembly photos are a big help.
  • Help and support can be very important if you run into problems.
