About the AuthorCarol Reed, known as The Router Lady, is a teacher, furniture designer, and builder, plus an avid jig maker. She has taught students the ins and outs of the router for many years at woodworking colleges, shows, guilds, and in her own shop. She builds commissioned custom furniture. Carol's work has been featured in a number of books and magazine articles, including The Art of the Router by Patrick Spielman (1998, Sterling Publishing Co., Inc.).
